SMS / Messaging Terms

These SMS / Messaging Terms apply to text messages sent by MyReplyBuddy, a service of ML Media Consultants, Inc. (doing business as MyReplyBuddy).

1. What this covers

These terms apply to text messages you agree to receive from MyReplyBuddy ("we", "us"), for example when you book a reply check or request information on myreplybuddy.com. They are part of our Terms & Conditions and are read together with our Privacy Policy.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our booking form and submitting your mobile number. The box is not pre-checked and is optional. Agreeing to receive texts is not required to book a call or buy anything from us.

3. What messages you will get

Non-marketing text messages from ML Media Consultants, Inc. (MyReplyBuddy) about your inquiry, your requested reply check, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, and related customer service communications.

4. How often

Message frequency varies depending on your request.

5. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge for the messages, but your carrier may.

6. How to stop and get help

• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will get one confirmation message and no more texts from that number.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@mlmediaconsultants.com or 888-974-8878.
• To start again after stopping, reply START or opt in on our form again.

7. Your mobile information

We use your number to send the messages described above and to run our service. We do not sell your mobile number or SMS opt-in information, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. We may share it with service providers that help us deliver the messages, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Supported carriers and delivery

Messages are sent through your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change. Message content can be shortened or filtered by carriers.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above shows the current version. Continuing to receive messages after a change means you accept it.
